From 1st June 2017, our pay as you go pricing will be changing to the following:
Face to face session - from £40.00 per hour
A face to face session is where a HITS Computing technician will meet the customer at an arranged time and location.
Remote session - from £25.00 per hour
A remote session is where a HITS Computing technician will remotely control the customers computer/device at an arranged time. Alternatively, we can speak to you on the telephone or Skype in order to give you the required technical support.
Apple products - from £60.00 per hour
Due to their specialised nature, we do charge higher fees for Apple products.
Out of hours support - from £50.00 per hour
For out of hours support, please call 0800 011 9663. This is provided on a best effort basis and will depend on availability of technicians.
No fix - no fee guarantee
If the engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or complete the repair, then no charge is made, however a £10 charge may be applied to cover engineers’s expenses.

We offer multiple email plans. Our most common plan is on Office 365 where we can manage the setup, maintenance and support so that you can focus on your business. Please contact us to let us know of your requirements and we can provide you with a quotation.
If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours advanced notice, there is no charge. A cancellation fee will normally be payable if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time.
We generally send the invoice the same day as the appointment. We accept cash, cheque, credit card, debit card, bank transfers and PayPal payments.
Minimum charge per appointment is for 1 hour.
